  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 3 apples (unpeeled), chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 lb. red grapes, halved

Directions

    Drain pineapple; place juice in a small saucepan. Add to the juice the sugar, flour and egg. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Let cool.
