  • 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained well
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Mix together flour, sugar and soda.

    Add egg, then fruit cocktail.

    Spread in a 9 x 9-inch pan.

    Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.

    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Real good if made the day before.
