Fruit Salad Dressing

  • 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 eggs (yolks will do)
  • 1/2 c. whipped cream

Directions

    Scald fruit juice.

    Mix sugar and flour.

    Add eggs.

    Stir in fruit juice slowly.

    Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly, until thickened. When cool, add whipped cream.

    Mix in drained fruit salad.
