- 1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple slices (juice)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Heat pineapple juice (about 9 ounces) in a double boiler.

2Mix together eggs, flour and sugar.

3Add to hot juice and cook until thickened.

4Refrigerate.

5Before serving, add Cool Whip (more or less than 1 cup, according to taste).
