  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled and cut up
  • 1 c. coconut milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. rum

Directions

    Blend pineapple, coconut milk, sugar and run in food processor until smooth.

    Spoon over sherbet or ice cream.
