- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (8 oz.) carton orange-flavored yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 c. finely shredded cabbage
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 medium banana, sliced
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup.

2In a small bowl, combine the reserved syrup, yogurt and lemon juice.

3In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, cabbage, oranges, celery, nuts and raisins.

4Fold in yogurt mixture.

5Gently fold in the banana. Cover and chill.

6Makes 8 servings.
