Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz.) yogurt, any flavor or plain
  • 1 cup milk or any flavored juice
  • 1 large banana sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 to 10 ice cubes

Directions

    Place all ingredients, except the ice cubes, into container of electric blender and blend on high until smooth.

    While blender running add 2 to 3 ice cubes at a time through center opening in the lid.

    After all the ice cubes are added, blend until smooth.
