- 1 cup (8 oz.) yogurt, any flavor or plain
- 1 cup milk or any flavored juice
- 1 large banana sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 to 10 ice cubes
Directions

1Place all ingredients, except the ice cubes, into container of electric blender and blend on high until smooth.

2While blender running add 2 to 3 ice cubes at a time through center opening in the lid.

3After all the ice cubes are added, blend until smooth.
