Ingredients

  • 1 c. crushed ice (finely)
  • yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • fruit of choice (strawberry or peaches)

Directions

    In blender, crush ice finely.

    Add banana, honey, yogurt and fruit and blend until smooth.

    I usually use the same flavor yogurt as fruit.
