  • 8 ounces ocean spray light cranberry juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberry, frozen
  • 12 cup blueberries, frozen

Directions

    Pour the cranberry juice into the blender, banana, strawberries and blueberries.

    Blender until smooth.

    Can be place in the freezer for a thicker smoothie.

    I make a whole batch for the work week and store in the freezer and take out before leaving for work then enjoy at work.
