  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 c. any fresh fruit
  • 1/2 c. juice
  • ice cubes
  • honey, and/or cinnamon and vanilla (optional)

Directions

    Combine the bananas, fresh fruit and juice. Add a couple of ice cubes and blend.
