- 3 cups fruit, fresh, frozen
- 12 cup sugar, granulated
- 12 cup corn syrup, light
- 13 cup water
Directions

1In a heavy saucepan, combine all.

2Bring to a simmer over a medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

3Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered 30-45 minutes until fruit is soft and collapses and liquid has the consistancy of syrup, stirring occasionally.

4Options: Strain out fruit and add a few spoon of syrup into seltzer water or club soda for homemade soft drinks.

5If using blueberries- add 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

6if using apples- add 1-2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar.

7Can be stored up to one week.
