- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 jar raspberry or apricot preserves
Directions

1Cream together the butter and cream cheese.

2Sift flour and salt together.

3Combine flour mixture with creamed mixture.

4Leave dough in refrigerator about 2 hours.

5Roll out dough.

6Make small triangles in dough with knife or fancy pie cutter.

7Place preserves (about 1/4 teaspoon) in center of each triangle.

8Lift 3 points of triangle; fold and pinch together.

9Place on cookie sheet.

10Bake at 375° for approximately 12 minutes.
