- 1 egg
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. regular sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 can fruit cocktail (large size)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Beat egg.

2Add fruit cocktail with juice.

3Sift together regular sugar, salt and baking soda.

4Add to fruit and mix until blended.

5Put in 9 x 12-inch greased pan.

6Cover with brown sugar and nuts.

7Bake at 350° for 40 minutes (toothpick comes out clean).

8Serve at room temperature.
