- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 4 c. broken pecans
- 2 c. flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
Directions

1In large bowl, cut up cherries and pineapple. Add flour and coat well. Stir in pecans. Cream butter and sugar well; beat in eggs, vanilla and lemon extract. Combine with fruit mixture. Bake at 325° in tube pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

2Mix whatever glaze you desire and pour over cake; cool.
