- 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (28 oz.) jar None Such mincemeat
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 2 c. mixed candied fruit
- 1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Grease 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.

3In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients.

4Pour batter into prepared pan.

5Spread batter evenly.

6Bake 40 to 45 minutes.

7Cool. Makes about 4 dozen bars.
