- 1 1/2 c. candied pineapple, chopped
- 2 c. candied cherries, chopped
- 1 box golden raisins
- 4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 tsp. lemon extract
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Combine fruit and nuts and dredge with flour.

2In a bowl, add the cake mix, 1 egg, orange juice, lemon extract and salt.

3Mix 2 minutes.

4Add remaining eggs, one at a time, beating well.

5Blend batter into fruit.

6Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes as standard size cupcakes (use paper liners).
