  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, not drained
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. small cooked carrots

Directions

    Combine pineapple juice, sugar, margarine and cornstarch in medium saucepan.

    Cook until clear and thick stirring constantly. Add pineapple chunks and carrots.

    Heat and serve.
