- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. small cooked carrots
Directions

1Combine pineapple juice, sugar, margarine and cornstarch in medium saucepan.

2Cook until clear and thick stirring constantly. Add pineapple chunks and carrots.
