Fruity Dip

   With electric mixer, mix cheese for about a minute; add the marshmallow cream and beat until smooth.

   Place in a serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

   I serve this by placing the bowl in the middle of a tray and arranging the fruit around it.

   If you want to add a bit of color, add a drop or two of food coloring while mixing.
