Ingredients

  • 2 cans pineapple chunks
  • 1 can fruit cocktail or fruit chunks
  • 2 boxes regular vanilla pudding
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • cherries for color (may add grapes or other fruit of choice)

Directions

    Drain all fruit. Reserve juice. Mix 3 cups juice with pudding mix.

    Cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and cool.

    Once cooled, mix with fruit and chill to serve.
