  • 36 coarsely broken vanilla icebox cookies (Nilla Wafer works great)
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice or orange liqueur
  • 3 c. seasonal fruit (berries, kiwi, your choice)
  • 2 (4-serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 6 sq. white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed and divided

    Break cookies coarsely into 2 1/2-quart clear glass serving bowl.

    Sprinkle with orange juice.

    Top with layers of sliced fruit.

    Prepare pudding with 3 cups of milk.

    Refrigerate until pudding begins to thicken.

    Add chocolate; stir with wire whisk. Gently stir in whipped topping.

    Spoon over fruit; top with remaining whipped topping.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.
