"Frying Pan" Fudge

- 1 stick margarine
- 6 oz. can milk
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. pecans or other nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Chop nuts; set aside.

2Mix sugar, margarine and milk together in a heavy skillet.

3Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat to low and cook 6 more minutes, stirring often.

5Remove from heat.

6Add chocolate chips and nuts.

7Stir until fudge begins to form.

8Quickly add vanilla flavoring.

9Drop fudge on wax paper with teaspoon.

10Let cool.

11Store in airtight container.
