- 3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 1/2 c. marshmallow cream
- 1/2 c. pecan pieces
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine sugar, milk and butter in a large heavy sauce pan. Heat to boiling.

2Stir constantly about 5 minutes over medium heat until mixture reaches softball stage - 238°.

3Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients.

4Stir vigorously until well blended. Pour into greased 13x9x2-inch pan.

5Cool.

6Makes about 3 pounds fudge.
