Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • large can evaporated milk
  • 1/8 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 lb. Hershey's chocolate bar with almonds, cut up into small pieces
  • 16 large marshmallows, quartered
  • 1 large pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Bring sugar, milk, butter, salt and vanilla to a rapid boil in large pan.

    Boil for 5 minutes.

    Add to sugar mixture the chocolate bar, marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecans.

    Stir and mix rapidly until all ingredients are blended in.

    Put fudge into a large cake pan greased with butter (13 x 9-inch or larger).

    It sets very fast.

    Cut into squares.
