  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. confectioners xxx sugar
  • 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pecans (optional)

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan on stove.

    Add remaining ingredients slowly.

    Cook until thick.

    Pour into buttered pan.

    Refrigerate until cool before slicing.
