- 4-1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 12 ounces, fluid Evaporated Milk
- 12 ounces, fluid Bag Of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 7 ounces, fluid Chocolate Bar (I Prefer Milk Chocolate Symphony Bar)
- 8 Tablespoons Butter
- 7 ounces, fluid Marshmallow Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla

1Pour sugar and evaporated milk into a large saucepan. (I use my large stock pot. A stock pot, for those of you who may not know, is the large pot that you cook things like soup in.) Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for exactly 10 minutes. When done boiling, remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.

2Butter or grease a 9x13 pan. Let cool for 10-15 minutes then take a cookie cutter of choice and cut shapes into the fudge. Before removing shapes from the pan, let the fudge set up for a few hours. (I put mine in the fridge.)
