- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. polyunsaturated margarine
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. pecans, chopped
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1In bowl, combine sugars, flour, egg substitute, margarine and cocoa until well blended.

2Stir in vanilla and pecans.

3Spread in well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until done.

5Cool in pan on wire rack.

6Wrap and store at room temperature for up to 4 days.

7Dust with confectioners sugar before serving.
