- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 6 oz. butterscotch morsels
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Slowly heat butterscotch and peanut butter until well blended. Stir in cereal until coated.

2Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Chill. Heat remaining ingredients until smooth.

4Pour on top of chilled mixture.

5Chill, then cut.
