  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 baked 9-inch pastry shell (in a glass pie plate)

Directions

    Microwave butter and chocolate morsels in a 2-quart glass bowl at High 1 minute.

    Mix in pecans, coconut and sugar.

    Stir in eggs.

    Pour filling into baked pie shell.

    Microwave at Medium 8 minutes.

    Rotate dish 1/4 turn at 2-minute intervals.

    Stir once after 4 minutes.
