- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 3/4 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 baked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
Directions

1Micro butter and chips in a 2-quart glass bowl for 1 1/2 minutes on High.

2Mix in pecans, coconut and sugar.

3Stir in eggs. Pour filling into pastry shell.

4Micro on Medium (50) for 4 minutes, then on Medium-high (80) for 4 minutes.

5Rotate dish 1/2 turn at 2 minute intervals (if using any microwave other than a carousel).

6Stir once after 4 minutes and again at the end.
