Fudge Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 small can evaporated milk (5.33 oz.)
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust shell
Directions

1Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350°.

2In medium saucepan, melt butter.

3Add cocoa and stir until dissolved.

4Add hot water and stir again.

5With wire whip, blend in sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and milk.

6Stir until batter is smooth.

7Mix in pecans and pour into pie crust.

8Bake on preheated cookie sheet for 50 minutes or until custard sets.

9Serve cooled pie with Cool Whip.
