- 3 (1 oz. each) squares chocolate
- 3/4 c.(1 1/2) sticks butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- Pinch salt
- 1 1/2 t. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a Pyrex pie dish. In top of a double boiler, melt chocolate with butter. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; pour into pie dish. Bake at 350° for 20 - 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool on wire rack. Serve with ice cream.
