  • 1 stick Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/2 cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans (optional)

Directions

    Melt butter and cocoa together (I do this in the microwave.)

    Add sugar; blend well.

    Add remaining ingredients, blending well.

    Pour into a greased 8-inch pie plate.

    Bake at 325F for 25 to 35 minutes.

    Serve warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.
