- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In mixing bowl cream oleo, peanut butter and sugars.

2Add egg and vanilla.

3Stir together flour, soda and salt.

4Mix well. Chill for 1 hour.

5Shape into 48 balls, 1 inch each.

6Place in greased mini muffin pan.

7Bake at 325° for 14 to 16 minutes or until browned.

8Remove from oven and immediately make wells in center of each by lightly pressing with small melon ball.

9Cool in pans for 5 minutes then carefully remove to wire rack.
