  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 6 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk

Directions

    Melt butter and chocolate in top of a double boiler over boiling water. Add sugar and milk; mix well. Cook 20 minutes or until sauce thickens. Remove from heat; beat until creamy. Serve hot over pecan balls.
