- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. fudge sauce (for ice cream)
- 3 Tbsp. corn syrup
Directions

1Combine 1/4 cup corn syrup, brown sugar and butter in medium saucepan.

2Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to boil.

3Remove from heat.

4Add cereal, stirring until well coated.

5Press in 9-inch pie pan to form crust.

6Stir together peanut butter, fudge sauce and the 3 tablespoons corn syrup.

7Spread half the peanut butter mixture over crust.

8Freeze until firm.

9Allow ice cream to soften.

10Spoon into frozen pie crust.

11Freeze until firm.

12Let pie stand at room temperature before cutting.

13Sprinkle over few chopped peanuts, then warm remaining peanut butter mixture and drizzle over top.
