Fudge Swirl Ice Cream Squares

  • 2 cups natural granola cereal
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
  • 1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream with fudge swirl, slightly softened*
  • Chocolate fudge topping, if desired

Directions

    Stir together 1 3/4 cups granola, brown sugar and butter in small bowl.

    Press onto bottom of ungreased 8-inch square pan.

    Freeze 10 minutes.

    Spread softened ice cream over crust; sprinkle with remaining granola.

    Cover; freeze at least 2 hours or until firm.

    Cut dessert into squares.

    Drizzle with fudge topping, if desired.

    *Substitute 1 quart (4 cups) your favorite flavor ice cream, slightly softened.
