- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 1/3 c. carob powder, sifted
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Combine skim milk powder, soy powder and carob in medium size bowl; add oil and honey.

2Stir in hot water, then nuts and vanilla.

3Form into balls and roll in nuts.
