  • 1/2 c. soy powder, sifted
  • 1/3 c. skim milk powder
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1/3 c. carob powder, sifted
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Combine skim milk powder, soy powder and carob in medium size bowl; add oil and honey.

    Stir in hot water, then nuts and vanilla.

    Form into balls and roll in nuts.
