- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions

1Place potatoes in a 9x13 pan; mix next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes.
