  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix together and pour into funnel.

    Release and make circles of batter into hot grease.

    Cook 10 to 15 seconds on each side. Dust with powdered sugar while still hot when placed on plate. Makes 10 (5-inch) cakes.
