Funnel Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. cooking oil (place oil in pan for cooking waffles)

Directions

    Beat until smooth with rotary beater. Heat oil to 360°.

    Place 1/2 cup batter in a funnel. Hold finger under spout.

    Release over oil moving different directions until funnel is empty. Cook until brown, then turn and brown.

    Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
