- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. cooking oil (place oil in pan for cooking waffles)
Directions

1Beat until smooth with rotary beater. Heat oil to 360°.

2Place 1/2 cup batter in a funnel. Hold finger under spout.

3Release over oil moving different directions until funnel is empty. Cook until brown, then turn and brown.

4Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
