Funnel Cakes

Directions

   Mix eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.

   Pour cooking oil in deep fryer until about 2 inches deep.

   Heat until oil is hot.

   Pour mixture through funnel into oil, moving it in a circular motion, then crisscross until you make a cake about the size of a large doughnut.

   Brown it, turn over, remove from fryer and drain.

   Sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or cinnamon.
