- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. Martha White biscuit mix
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Heat about 1-inch of oil in a skillet to 375°.

2Beat eggs well in large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.

3Stir until smooth.

4Holding opening of funnel covered with finger, pour 1/4 cup batter into wide mouth funnel.

5Run batter into hot oil using a slow wide circular motion and maintaining a steady stream. Fry, turning once, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side.

6Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

7Serve warm.
