  • 1-1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 whole Eggs (large)
  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Flour
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Powdered Sugar

Directions

    In a bowl, combine milk, eggs brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Mix well.

    Add baking powder and flour. Stir until smooth.

    In an electric skillet, heat 1 inch of oil to 350-375 degrees.

    Using a funnel or a measuring cup, pour in snake-like tubes in a spiral type pattern. (Or just drop small snakes everywhere like I do.)

    Cook about 2 minutes on each side until light brown.
  6. 6
    Dust with powdered sugar.
