  • 1 can chopped peaches, drained (save juice)
  • 1/2 c. Peachtree Schnapps
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. Deluxe yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. chopped peaches (from previous mixture)
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients in glass container for 24 hours, covered. Mix ingredients. Place in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Use 1/4 cup of remainder of liquid and 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar for glaze.
