- 1/2 gal. sherbet (any flavor for the color you want)
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 32 oz. pineapple juice
- 2 (32 oz.) bottles Sprite or ginger ale
Directions

1Soften sherbet and mix with pineapple juice.

2Pour Sprite or ginger ale slowly over mixture to make a foam.

3Dip spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream over top of punch after it's in the punch bowl. Serves about 50.
