Ingredients

  • 1/2 gal. sherbet (any flavor for the color you want)
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 32 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 (32 oz.) bottles Sprite or ginger ale

Directions

    Soften sherbet and mix with pineapple juice.

    Pour Sprite or ginger ale slowly over mixture to make a foam.

    Dip spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream over top of punch after it's in the punch bowl. Serves about 50.
