- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. saltines, crushed
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Whip egg whites until stiff.

2Fold in sugar gradually, then add other ingredients.

3Mix baking powder with cracker crumbs. Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes in large pie pan.

4When cool, top with whipping cream and let stand in refrigerator not less than 8 hours.
