- 1 pint Select oysters
- 12 slices Bacon
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Paprika
- 2 tbsp. Parsley
- 2 Jalapeno peppers; seeded and
- -chopped
Directions

1Drain oysters.

2Place each oyster across half a slice of bacon.

3Sprinkle all with seasonings, chopped parsley and chopped jalapeno peppers.

4Roll bacon around oysters, and fasten with toothpicks.

5Place oysters on a rack in a shallow baking pan.

6Bake at 450 F degrees in preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.

7Remove toothpicks and serve.
