- 5 lb. ground garfish
- 3 large onions
- 1 c. instant potatoes
- 3 celery stems
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 2 eggs
- flour (enough to roll balls or patties in)
Directions

1Grind bacon, celery, garlic and onions.

2Mix well with garfish, pepper, salt and potatoes.

3Add 2 eggs; mix real good.

4Make 2-inch balls and pat into patties or leave as a ball.

5Use flour to roll them in and fry in hot oil.

6Makes 65 or 75 depending on size.
