  • 5 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 celery, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 1 packet Equal sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon vegetables or 1 tablespoon salad oil
  • 1 lb spaghetti

Directions

    Put the vegetables in a pot and cover tightly.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 min.

    Cover pot, cook medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

    Add oil and simmer for 30 min.
