- 6 oz. penne pasta
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Cook pasta as package directs.

2Cook onion in butter until tender.

3Add tomatoes, beans, 1/2 of cheese and soup.

4Add pasta, salt, pepper and oregano.

5Pour into 11 x 8 baking dish.

6Top with remaining cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
